We are working with an extremely fast-growing, disruptive and on-trend branded confectionery business and are searching for a Sales Manager to take full, autonomous responsibility of the business’ Wholesale and Contract Catering channels. We are looking for someone with ambition and motivation to go out and drive new business across these channels, but also to nurture and manage the existing relationships.
They are a very exciting brand producing a number of on-trend, better for you categories into the UK major grocers, wholesale and independents, and are progressing through a period of exponential growth.
Super organised, driven and with three-to-five years’ experience, you will be presented with a fantastic opportunity to take autonomous control of the channels and push your career to the next level and beyond.
This role is ideal for anybody happy to throw themselves in to a business environment where efforts and results are rewarded with swift career development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will come from a start-up/SME environment, who will hit the ground running with the aforementioned channels. You will need to be a quick learner, self-starting and have excellent communication skills.
